Discover the Art of Chocolate and the cocoa culture in its exotic environment, as well as the history of Chocolate in Bayonne. Informative films and displays of manufacturing machines will give you an on-site understanding of this tradition. Guided walk and generous tasting are proposed here.
Every morning you’ll see our artisans preparing our specialities.
All-day long, educational movies will explain and introduce you to the Cacoa and the chocolate production, and to round-off the visit, you will be invited to taste our products.
